Step 1

Contest basics

Name it, date it, pick the categories people will vote on.

One week out: post the contest in the team channel. Day before: pin the ballot sign-up. Contest day: hand out ballots, vote by 3pm, announce winners before everyone leaves.
Step 2

Who is in? Print the ballots

Add each contestant's name and what they are going as. Then print one ballot per voter.

The printed ballot lists every contestant with a checkbox per category, so a voter just checks one name in each category and drops it in a box.

Step 3

Tally the votes

Sort the ballots, then tap + for every vote each costume got. Winners are computed automatically.
