• Hair donut for the bun, 1 (buy: drugstore)
• Blush, 1 (own, or buy: drugstore)
• Bobby pins, 1 pack (own)

Steps

1. Buy or pull the white dress, white tights, and hair donut.
2. Twist the hair into a high bun around the hair donut and pin it.
3. Dab a little blush on the cheeks for the cold-air glow.
4. Safety: skip real skates; this costume is for dry land only.
5. Wear the white dress with the tights and strike the finishing pose.
6. Optional pro finish: wrap white ribbon crisscrossed up the calves over the tights. The laced calves read as skates even in sneakers.
