DIY this week: ~$8-12, 30 min + drying
- Assign roles, then buy the silver glitter glue, black felt circles, brown pipe cleaners, red pom-pom, and silver headband.
- Pull the dresses and the white and brown clothes from closets.
- Test the glitter pattern on paper first.
- Spread the silver glitter glue in thin lines along the neckline and sleeves, and let it dry FLAT for one hour.
- Snowman: tape the 3 black felt circles down the front of the white shirt as coal buttons.

- Icy-blue dress or blue dress plus silver glitter glue, 1 set (buy glitter glue: craft store)
- Pink or lavender dress, 1 (own)
- White shirt, white pants, 3 large black felt circles (buy felt: craft store)
- Brown clothes, 2 brown pipe cleaners, 1 red pom-pom (buy: craft store)
- Silver headband, 1 (buy: dollar store)
- Tape and scissors, 1 set (own)
Steps
- Assign roles, then buy the silver glitter glue, black felt circles, brown pipe cleaners, red pom-pom, and silver headband.
- Pull the dresses and the white and brown clothes from closets. The snow princess just wears her dress, no crafting needed.
- Test the glitter pattern on paper first. Glued glitter cannot be repositioned.
- Spread the silver glitter glue in thin lines along the neckline and sleeves, and let it dry FLAT for one hour. Glue dried on a hanger drips.
- Safety: cut slowly and keep fingers clear of the scissors.
- Snowman: tape the 3 black felt circles down the front of the white shirt as coal buttons.
- Reindeer: twist the 2 brown pipe cleaners into antler shapes and tape them to the silver headband. Tape the red pom-pom over the nose as a glowing nose.
- Wear each outfit with its accessories. The ice queen adds the silver headband as a tiara.

Common questions
- How do you keep the glitter glue from cracking?
- Thin lines, dried flat, fully cured. Thick blobs crack when the fabric moves. One thin coat beats two thick ones.
- What if the felt circles peel off the snowman?
- Tape them from inside the shirt, not outside. Inside tape holds through a whole night of hugs; outside tape peels by hour two.
